For dog walking how many dogs do you walk at one time?
We only offer 1:1 dog walking so we can tailor the walk depending on your dogs needs. This also ensures we are providing 1:1 care and attention to your pet.
The maximum we will walk is 2 dogs at a time from the same household.
What qualifications do you have?
We are pet first aid trained and have a diploma in pet sitting.
We have worked with animals for a number of years and owned pets too.
Can we meet you before we agree to use your services?
We will only accept a booking once we have completed a meet and greet to make sure we are great fit for your pet.
What happens at the meet and greet?
The meet and greet is a good opportunity to see if we are a good fit for you and your pet. Here are some of the things we run through-
- Food and Water location
- Meal portions and is your pet allowed treats? Do they have any allergies?
- How is your pet? Anxious? friendly? We can then adapt our visit and approach.
- Do they have a favourite toy? Where are the toys?
- Where should we put scooped litter / poop bags?
- Vet details and procedure in an emergency
When will I get updates from visits?
You will receive an update at the end of each visit which will provide a summary of our time together.
If you have booked a longer visit for an hour or more you will also receive an update during the visit as well as at the end
How do I schedule visits?
If you send us a message with the dates, we will check availability and come back to you.
Can you do extra jobs around the house?
Yes we can provide this but please ensure you book an appropriate length of visit we will be watering so we still have the required time for your pet.
We can also put bins out and open/close curtains etc just tell if you would like us to do this.
